    I would definitely cook ahead of time and reheat. One thing about meat is it will be ready on its schedule not yours. Besides, it will make for a less stressfull day if most of the work is done beforehand. Smoke it up William

    Fast Smoked Brisket ????

    I call BS. I have never cooked a brisket in less than 12 hrs, much less in 5 hrs. The last one was 14 lbs and took 17 hrs at 235 degrees. Smoke it up William

    I went ahead and ran your numbers thru the calculator. CC is 24,159 cubic inches. FB is 19,600 cubic inches (241% recommended size for your CC) Recommended exhaust is 6" x 33" tall.
