so i had my first go at ribs on my brinkman smoke n' grill, this was my first time using the smoker also. i will say they did not come out like i wanted. not entirely terrible, just too tuff. im not sure if i oversmoked them or if during the smoking process i should have put something on them to...
yeah dan, i just bought that same smoker, i smoked some ribs yesterday and they didnt come out like i would have wanted them to. but this is my first go at it, so i just need some more experience with it.
i used sugar and silver maple, through the whole time i smoked the ribs we used only wood...

that is the smoke n' grill, which i just purchased and did a few racks of ribs, but not too sure what i did wrong. im thinking i maybe over smoked em. used sugar and silver maple to smoke with, for about 7 hrs. they just seemed to be tuff...
im kinda new to the smoking thing, dabbled for a little bit with one of the small smoking boxes, and recently bought a brinkman horizontal smoker. so needless to say im pretty excited to do my first session today on it.
so im sure this site will be a big help in my smoking adventures.
