    Welcome to SMF, I grew up in Albuquerque, met my wife there and kids born there, 7 1/2 years ago move to Wichita Kansas and 2 1/2 years ago move here outside Baton Rouge LA, We do miss NM , the best Mexican food, New Mexican food .

    This is the only BBQ forum i am a part of, came her and liked it over a few other I saw. Friendly people and good information. but outside BBQ , I spend most my time a The Reef Tank, love marine fish and reef tanks.

    I can't stand wal-mart, they put the small ma and pa groceries stores out of business, They sell junk for the most part. They don't pay people a fair wage for the profit they make . I think the world is worst off with WAL-MART in it. JMO

    I love Ribs and I love my ribs, the rest of the family don't think my ribs are all that good. they like Outback or chili's ribs over my ribs. I have work to do to get them to like them, I more of a dry rib person .
