    Just completed my first smoke on my mini wsm!! OMG I think I just died and went to heaven! Done pulled pork in a dry rub and bastes in apple juice and used apple wood It was a joy to eat believe me...and I hav made my missus understand the madness of smoking!

    Just received the last components for my mini today!! After veiwing all these pics and literally drooling from the mouth I cant wait to get this thing made and start learning to smoke. Dirtsailor looks like you must live a very happy life indeed!! So much nice food

    Hav ended up buying some bits including the pot from amazon.com and sent it to viabox.com which will forward it to the uk for me...I think that is my best option and at least I will hav the correct pot size. Works out alot more expensive to do in the UK than u guys do it for in the US!! But...
