Thanks guys was thinking when doing pulled pork or even prime rib it would be nice to have just a little more smoke flavor but of course not over powering..
I own a pitboss smoker and when i do a longer smoke i would like to get a little more smoke flavor. i know i can adjust the "P" setting but what about those smoke tubes. Whats a good brand, how do you light them and where in the grill do you put them ?

Just joined and wanted to say hello, I live in onalaska wi and just got my first smoker last saturday (pit boss from menards and sunday i did three racks of ribs and loved them. Hope to learn plenty here.
