I have the Cabela's commercial #12 and found that I am waiting on my helpers when grinding. This is a great grinder and I would recommend the foot switch with it. I have also stuffed sausage with this unit and had no problems at all. Overall I think it is a great product.

Hi Mintee, I'm hoping that I enjoy smoking as much a brewing. Wish it was legal to make moonshine as I really could get into that. Ha ha............
How long have you been brewing? 10 yrs
All-grain or Extract? All Grain
What was the last beer you brewed? Chec pilsner
Bottle or Keg? ...
Your right about using propane, mine us up 3/4 tank on one smoke. I'm not worried about smoke leakage as our old smokehouse on the farm leaked smoke from everywhere. Still turned out good product though. Other than that I have not had any problems out of mine.

Hi everyone, my name is john and I live in Winamac, Indiana. I've been poking around this site for about a month now and just before Christmas I bought a SM Pro from Sam's Club. I've already seasoned it and smoked my first butt which turned out great. Thanks for the great site.
I have the Smoke Hollow Pro 44" and so far no problems at all. I smoked my first butt on the 31st which in Indiana was windy and in the 20's. I had no problem holding 225 once I blocked the wind at the bottom. Assembly was the easiest I have ever done and everything lined up like it...
I Jeff. My name is John and I'm new to smoking. Bought the SH 44 and smoked my first butt on the 31st. Turned out great using your recipe's and directions. Thanks for a great site.
