    The walmart near me, had both of them. The red ones where in the section with kitchen gadgets, and the remote ones were in the bbq section. I have two of the red ones, and one of the remotes, and they all work fine.

    The taste was good. I did forget to mention a six hour bath in a simple Kosher Salt / Sugar brine. Plus I was using hickory chunks for smoke. I think next time, I will just put them on the rack and clean up the mess later.

    Earthquake

    I live in Clinton TN just north of Knoxville, and I slept thru it. I was told by someone at work this morning, that they heard / felt it sometime very early this morning. This person lives about 15 mins. east of Knoxville.
