    I use half of a large Webber chiminey with kingsford blue bag briquets. Legs up draft door off for burgers and steaks. Legs down, draft door on for chicken or kabobs.

    I have had one for several years. I just use canola oil and don't leave it out in rain. The charcoal gets hot enough to burn the seasoning off. I wire brush it before and after every use.     Cooking temp and target IT are what matters. I removed mine at 195. I was slicing and made burnt ends for the first time.
