    thank you todd!...and it was actually while i was cold smoking cheese today i didnt even have any heat going in my mes 30...ive never had so much smoke when i opened up the door..it actually burnt my eyes lol ..and just smelled so bitter...im so confused!

    I believe I might have to much air..I have chip tray pulled out some and the loading tube and the vent open the whole way and my pellets are burning so fast..it just doesn't smell right either

    I tasted a piece of the cheese and it was very bitter and I never had so much smoke roll out after I opened the door

    I was actually smoking cheese and had no water in the pan or ice and I'm here in pa and its about 45 degrees today

    Is the amnps suppose to look like this in the corners???..the other corner is like it also but on the other two corners its not..it seems to be getting worse when i use it but i could just be imagining it.

    this wont be for a couple more weeks but i was curious if any have u guys have ever smoked ghost chili peppers and what would be a good temp and how long to smoke them??

    you will not be disappointed i can guarantee you that....me personally i will never go back to using wood chips and i actually wont even eat food that has been done with chips...its just not the same as using the AMNPS!!!

    it is a pain but here is what i do....take the picture with my phone then send it to my email then hop on the computer and open my email and save it to my desktop then upload it from the computer...pain but its the only way i can do it!...hope this helps a little bit
