    Titan smoker

Ideally the Backwoods is what I'd get but my wife is vetoing the one I really want, the G2 Party (I think). However, she's allowing me to get something cheaper now and save for the bigger one.

    Titan smoker

I've never heard of this brand but it came up in my Facebook feed. Had been looking at a Backwoods Chubby 3400 or G2 Chubby. What do you guys think? https://www.titangreatoutdoors.com/reverse-flow-vertical-smoker-899719.html

    Masterbuilt Gravity Feed

On facebook they said you could combine those two half-racks into one bigger rack to cook a 2nd brisket, and if you got two more half-racks you'd be able to do three briskets.

Is this the right stuff? (Royal oak/embers/expert grill)

Well I picked up two of the 2 packs of Embers at Home Depot for my longer cooks and a 30 pound bag of Royal Oak lump at Walmart for grilling.

Ok gotcha. The orange bag is the "ridge" I've heard of.

Is this the right stuff? (Royal oak/embers/expert grill)

I know this seems like I shouldn't have to ask but I always seem to get the wrong stuff when I shop. I've read the RO, Home Depot stuff, and Expert Grill are all the same. And that it seems most people prefer it to Kingsford. Is this what I'm looking for? If so I'll pick up a boatload when I go...

First cook with the WSM 18 and Fireboard

https://share.fireboard.io/C92E01 I'm not sure what I did wrong. I was under the impression I could go a whole butt cook with one load of fuel. I used Kingsford briquettes with chunks of cherry and pecan. I had the ring full of briquettes and hollowed out a space in the middle and then dumped a...

Does anyone have the WSM that DOESN'T like it?

Well I picked up a used 18 today, I'm sure the 22 is in my future soon too.

    Can I use this?

Does anyone have the WSM that DOESN'T like it?

Thanks for the reply. I forgot my other concern, besides size, is wondering if it is a pain getting dog on the lower grate if it finishes before the top grate.

    Can I use this?

Some guy on Craigslist was selling firewood. He said it was oak so I figured I could give it a shot. I mean, $30 for my car trunk full and if I can't use it for smoking I'm sure somebody could use it in a fire pit or something. I'm concerned about the dirt on it. And I don't know anything about...

Does anyone have the WSM that DOESN'T like it?

Guy on Craigslist is selling the WSM 22 for $270. Seems like a great deal but I'm concerned I wouldn't like it, or maybe it's not big enough for big briskets, etc.

    Pork and beef Lumpia.

My dad learned from my mom, who he brought her from the Philippines. I suppose there's more than one way to make it.

    Pork and beef Lumpia.

My dad used to do this with raw meat, didn't cook it first.
