    Hey Shawn, like Bear said NEPAS is a sausage making guru! The next time you use dehydrated apples try adding in some apple sauce too. Just watch how much water you add or it can get too wet quick! Just an idea to try.

    This is an interesting thread. I've been thinking about doing the same thing only making a spicy beef stick type sausage out of them. I haven't hunted in years but I always enjoyed hunting squirrels, and been thinking about getting out in the woods again. Going have to do it this year.
