    Thanks for posting about this. Been using a Maverick but I had a probe fail and they suggested putting foil between the probe and wire to keep moisture out. I like that these probes are sealed so I'm going to spend the extra $$ and get one. Getting the electric camping smoker for my birthday...

    You might also check out the mailbox mod. I was having issues keeping my AMNPS running in my 30" Bluetooth. I think some was lack of a good draft and some dripping juices although I did put some foil over it. Did the mod and used it for the first time yesterday to smoke some chicken breasts...

    First attempt at pulled pork

    I cooked 15 lbs of pork butt on Friday night and Saturday. It spent 18 hours in the smoker and I took it out around 195*. It probed easy but I was trying for 200*.
