here it is..this is based on 25lbs mild italian sausage, so you gotta do your math here if ya gonna cut the recipe ;)

basket was 13.97 at lowes...rod was 5.49 at lowes it's a 7/16 x 48" inch cold rolled steel rod. cut with a sawzall or hacksaw to 14 1/2". should take ya all of about 15mins to cut and install
the last of 50lbs i made a few weeks ago going on the grill....
soon as butts hit .99 cents again...i'll be doing 50 more. usually make it 2 times a year. i leave about 15lbs uncased each time for pizza's, fatties, scrambled eggs, etc....mmmmmm im getting hungry
heres how i did mine...works great and it's fully adjustable up and down...
here i cut 2 rods to length to catch the lip for the sidebox grate. this way its not permanent, i can slide the rods thru the basket higher or lower to accomadate more lump, wood etc.. depending on how long my smoke...
gotta stop using booze in my mops...lol. always gives me an excuse to buy a fifth, then i finish the bottle.. anyways i forgot to take pics when i foiled, so here's the final grub. please keep your drool to yourself

1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or crushed red pepper
1/4 cup maple syrup

thanks dan...yeah that was actually bulk italian sausage i make homemade. i usually leave 10 lbs or so uncased when i make sausage. it's good for pizza or with scrambles eggs, and fatties of course. ;)
