    One side is 191 the other 185degrees. Do i go to 200 on the cooler side? Maybe im probing in the wrong area? Thanks for any help guys

    Love this site and i dont know why i didnt join sooner. I live in pennsylvania and have been bit by the bbq bug about 3 years ago after eating some junk ribs, and i thought i could do better. Using a cheapo no name offset now and am building an oil tank big guy now. Thanks
