Equal amounts of sharp cheese(parmesan and/or swiss) and butter and a little heavy cream. Add your choice of herbs. We had chives and sprinkled the final product with Tony's Creole seasoning. I really think adding some bacon chunks on top would be awesome too. Make sure you foil underneath...

Looks good. I am doing one today myself. One of my favorite sauces for PP is Sticky Fingers Carolina Classic, it is a mustard base sauce that is absolutely awesome. I prefer it compared to a vinegar sauce. That's just me though.. Great job once again.
