    pork loin for thanks giving

    we are traveling for thanks giving so I smoked some pork loins to take I did a honey dijon mustard , chipotle marinated and one with my dry rub started with a 10# loin that I got for $15.00 at walmart ready for the smoker 2 hours in 2 turkeys for work this week sliced and ready to freeze

    Taylor Kitchen Scale does any one have one

    I miss read it I thought it said that it read in 1oz increments but it says IN .1-OZ INCREMENTS so it will work great for me
