    ok I went and got another chicken got it on and getting ready to put the country ribs on first chicken and rump roast are in the cooler for a rest the small pork roasts are about done 175* on the big ones back in a bit ribs are on  6 1/2 hours in

    4 1/2 hours in chicken and beef are about done I may have to go get another chicken to keep the smoker full the pork is at about 160*
