Hello all! Spending this afternoon making a bit of space in the freezer. I'm making two whole chickens spatchcocked. One with Jeff's rub and the other with just Mrs. Dash garlic and herb blend ( my wife loves that stuff)

Hey Dave! By no means am I an expert especially compared to many of the guys and girls on this forum! However on the brisket I made a few weeks ago this is the rub I used but I also layered it a few hours later with some brown sugar and in the morning right before I put it in the smoker I added...
Thank God I read this thread! The only BB's I've bought are from Costco and everybody always says the membrane will come right off. Well in my experience I've done nothing but give up trying to take it off figuring I was a baby back loser! I guess there is no membrane on the ones I bought!
Geez after the day I had at work today I wish I could take a sick day and cook them tomorrow! Sunday morning it is! I'm gonna do some of the snacks from Jeff's newsletter this week as well! Promise ill follow up with the pics I wouldn't wanna cause any trouble!!!
