    WSM fire is dying, any advice?

    if I put more than about a dozen pieces in the center of the pile then my temps go way over 250 275 even with all the vents on the bottom closed. should I be leaving in a hole in the center of the pile all the way down to the grate or just lay the lit coals on top?

    New 2014 WSM, No Mods Needed.

    I didn't even realize that they finally change the design I just received mine on August 10th and ordered it on July 26th from Lowes.should I just call Weber and explain this to them how did you handle the situation and do I need to have this registered first with Weber or just my receipt?

    WSM fire is dying, any advice?

    How do you guys get such a long burn out of approximately 1 bag of kingsford blue? I recently purchased the 22.5 and barely get 6 to 8 hrs out of jusg about a full bag using the minion method if I recall correctly some people have gotten 10- 15 hrs on just 1 bag?

    well guys we had an unfortunate incident here last week thankfully nobody got hurt but my propane smoker my patio set and my brand new charcoal smoker/grill were destroyed by a falling tree!!! So I am now in the market (again!) for a new smoker... I was looking into the meadow creek product...

    Added the ribs about an hour ago. I'm fighting with these temps once the sun came up the wind picked up like crazy I'm almost back to210 but I would really like it around 260 or so we will see what happens! In the mean time enjoy!
