This was the Mother's Day smoke at my wife's request. Thank God she likes BBQ or the attorney's bill would be through the roof.
This was an 8lb Center cut pork loin with Weber's Garlic and Herb rub. Finished with a thick cut Maple Bacon lattice.

New to the site and relatively new to Smoking. I have a Brinkman Upright Gas smoker. It works for now.
I have smoked a half dozen chickens, 25-30 slabs of baby backs, 3 butts, 2 pork loins(see avatar) and just dropped in my first brisket.
I haven't found a Q joint in Chicago...
