Finally pulled the 2nd one off the smoker. 1st butt was off an hour and 45 minutes ago. Turned out darn good. Butts have always been my bane, not with the YS640.

So the local grocery store here in Tulsa had a sale on butts for less than $2.00/lb so the wife picked some up to be smoked for pulled pork. Smeared with yellow mustard and covered with Hasty Bake rub.
