    I'd also opt for the brisket. You can feed a lot of people off one brisket. And they're so good too. Although the pulled pork would also be a good option.

    Great smoke! I also like the St. Louis cut. They seem to have more meat that baby backs yet are more tender than Spare Ribs.

    Although Myron was still an a$$, it seemed to me that the producers tamed him down a few notches. He didn't seem to be as annoying as the first few shows. Or maybe its because I'm just getting used to him. (God, I hope not, that would scare me.)

    I agree with Fat Back Joe and TXBBQMAN. They are on the right track on this. Leaving the fat on is good in this instance.
