    I liked the show too. Yea, Myron is an ass, but it added some hilarity and/or angst to what otherwise might have been a bland show. That way, maybe it will be back next season so people will be able to take bets on who will take Myron out (or at least beat him in the competition).

    I think if you watch a later show you wouldn't view it the same. Things (Myron's attitude) seemed to have tamed down considerably from the first couple of episodes. I watch it just because I may pick up a hint or two along the way.

    From my experience, everybody here has it right. The sugar in the BBQ sauce will carmelize and burn. I don't use mustard either, just dry rub them.

    Thanks for all the good advice. I knew that someone here would know the answer. I think I will go get some of that Easy Off for BBQs and give it a shot along with my pressure washer. That should do the trick. Thanks again and happy smokin' to all.
