Although I've been a member since last November 12, I feel like I joined another family. Everyone here has been very helpful and gracious. I'm proud to be apart of this.
It figures that someone from the "Sunshine State" would refer to it as "beautiful snow". Sometimes it's not so beautiful when you have to work in it.
Anyway, great job on the shoveling. Welcome to hard core.
I liked the show too.
Yea, Myron is an ass, but it added some hilarity and/or angst to what otherwise might have been a bland show. That way, maybe it will be back next season so people will be able to take bets on who will take Myron out (or at least beat him in the competition).
I think if you watch a later show you wouldn't view it the same. Things (Myron's attitude) seemed to have tamed down considerably from the first couple of episodes.
I watch it just because I may pick up a hint or two along the way.
Thanks for all the good advice. I knew that someone here would know the answer. I think I will go get some of that Easy Off for BBQs and give it a shot along with my pressure washer. That should do the trick.
Thanks again and happy smokin' to all.
Sorry if this subject has been covered before, but I can't find anything on it.
I've had my CG Pro for a couple of years now, and the grease and stuff has built up on the inside of the cooking chamber and it's really a mess. I thought before the season starts, I'd clean it out and de-grease...
Steve Raichlen has a beautiful recipe which I'm chomping at the bit to try. It's a salt crusted beef tenderloin wrapped in a cloth and grilled right on the embers that sounds wonderful. Check it out here.

Thanks for the help everyone!! I did do the boil test last night and they were identically dead on. I'll be installing them today along with a couple of other mods that have been suggested by all you experts on the forum. Thanks again.
