We discovered these about a year ago. Fortunately, we've been able to find them consistently in Northern Illinois. Amazing meat. We do ours on a kettle, reverse sere.
You may want to separate the runners into thigh and drum so people have an option regarding how much they want to take. I can see some half eaten runners ending up in the trash.
I just bought a Broil King Signet for just under $500 at Menards. I think they are being discontinued. Plus you get 11% back, but i think you have to spend it at Menard'. I had an earlier version of this grill that I really liked. Haven't assembled the new one yet, but it seems to be...
Any opinions on a preferable BBQ sauce for use with beef? Sweet or Vinegary / tangy? What's considered "traditional."

I suspect this is fiction. There's a bit of a controversy going on in Europe. Toblerone sought Halal certification to broaden their market to Muslims. This didn't require any change in their recipe and was a formal step; nevertheless, it has sparked a boycott. I'm guessing this is some sort...
Thanks for the warm welcome.
It's an electric Masterbuilt. I was stumbling through Lowe's one day and found it sitting amongst the clearance appliances, stainless with a window, fired it up just to make sure it works, but that's it so far.
