I smoked a brisket a couple weeks ago and it was -20 with 20-30 wind. It was a little over half full of lump and I got 6 hours at 230-240 with vary little care.
Im smoking a brisket today using my WSM and its -20 with the windchill. I have used it in the winter but I dont think I have smoked this cold. I should be able to get it up to temp.
I never did tell ya thank you for the recipe. I have been making them for a couple years now and everytime people rave about them. I use a full pound of bacon and double the vegies. I can eat them for days! Again thank you vary much!
