    Gander Mountain Slicer

    Check the travel on the slicer tray. I have a 10" slicer and find it really to small for bacon. 9" is the longest bacon I can slice. Wish I had a 12" slicer, someday maybe. Just something to consider. CF

    Cream Cheese mixed with fruit is nice. I like to use crushed pineapple. Or even your favorite preserves. But of course, I also like all the other aforementioned stuffing to. CF

    My smoker is all wood, I have had temps up to 350° has caused no trouble. I have a gas burner for heat. cast iron pot on the burner with smoking wood. or us my Amazing N smoker and burn pellets. Make air vents that you can control, with top exhaust.  Works for me. CF

    Nice build. I really like the top being removed to tend the fire. Some say they don't ever need to stir the fire or add more fuel. I do sometime. And its a pain to break down the whole system. Thanks. CF
