    Ok, thought to run the smoker this mornin... Picked up a butt 7#, shoulder(picnic) 9#, and a brisket point 5#, everything dry rub at about 12 hours or so ago, 1 am now., running temp outside, 15*deg. Wind gusts 50 mph, about 1 * deg feel like temp.
