    It is a Nesco FD-75.  It worked very well.

    Here is the finished product.  I started with 2.81#s and it was 1.13#s when done.  Almost 60% weight loss.  I think it turned out OK.  The texture was good, but not much flavor.  The dehydrator worked great, I would recommend this model.
