    Mine doesn't have that problem, I've had it about a year. Not sure which revision it is. My wood chip pan sits basically on top of the burner, maybe a small gap.

    First try at goose jerky

    I just did my first goose jerky couple weeks ago. Turned out just fine. Think I ended up dehydrating it 6 hours. I used hi mountain cracked pepper & garlic with a little extra cayenne pepper. Turned out good. Let us know how it turns out.
