Lamb Chops on the Weber Kettle

Started my Saturday with a trip to Lowe’s. I decided it was time to replace my old standby Weber kettle... It has provided me with a decade of hassle free bbq, and owes me nothing. My GF and I were at our local butcher a few weeks back, and we noticed they had locally sourced American lamb...

    How big of a hog?

... I have a 3'x4' cinder block pit... I have never done whole hog before. Does anyone have any idea how big of a pig, if I cut the head and feet off, i could put on this amount of grill space? Looking to feed as many people as possible. I realize this isn't big enough, but I could have...

HELP! First time smoking multiple Pork Butts!!(TOMORROW!)

... I did this once because I got done early. After 4 hours in the cooler, wrapped in towels, I burnt my hands pulling it! The fat just continued to melt out of the butts... Best Q I ever made... Now I do it all the time and plan on a minimum or a 2 hour rest in the cooler... CHEERS!

Learning to use a Brnikmann Vertical Smoker

... First off, Welcome to the forum! A wealth of info to be had here! I have used the 3-2-1 method on pork ribs, but as of yet... I have never done beef ribs... I have modified this method, because of my preferences, to the 3-1-1 method... I find them to be "too tender"... I'm not sure the time...

Have had the 22 1/2 for a few years now and I love it! Just treated myself to a Guru... Was shipped like 3 weeks ago and I have been drooling all over it since then... Weather in NE hasn't been co-operating, and of course Holiday commitments and such... Well, this weekend is a go! I'm thinking...
