Your pulled pork looks great. I have the Food Lion circular sitting in front of me now, lol. Guess I know what's for dinner on Sunday. I love pulled pork. I see they have Perdue whole birds for .79/lb too.
I'm planning on doing baby back ribs on Saturday, and I see Food Lion has them for $2.95 lbs. I was just at Harris Teeters, and they had bogo on Smithfield baby backs (ends up being $3.25 lb). I've never purchased baby backs before, does $2.95 sound reasonable? Just curious as to what...
I just took my first spatchcock chicken off the smoker. Wow! what a great tasting bird. I apologize for no before pictures, but here is the out of the smoker pic. I had some split breasts in as well (rubbed with Jeff's rub) to make chicken salad. I've never had such juicy chicken before.

I smoked two chicken breasts and a 5.5 lb. pork shoulder today. both came out great. reading these forums helped me greatly.
