I have to agree London is a hole, same as Paris. I'm only 15 miles outside and 5 miles from Heathrow but hate having to go there :( The english mostly hate londoners and the french the parisiens... I was presented with an evening menu in a 4* hotel...
Yes, it's on primetime in the evening here in the UK when it's on.
I have the utmost respect for the guy, unfortunately i haven't had chance to eat at on of his restaurants YET, certainly in the F word he has challenged some boundaries but educated people on good food and ethical sourcing.

Rubbed with Kansas City Rub and then into the fridge for 18 hours. Sprayed with Captain Morgan & Apple Juice.

Cheers all, it finally came off about 2:30am.. 12 hours and 20 mins in the smoke. Pulled it this morning after resting overnight and man does it taste good :) It was difinitely worth the wait :) pics to follow.

Have just foiled @ 160 and hoping for the rise. I was planning to pull @ 205 is that OK ot can i remove it to rest earlier?

I have had a butt (4.5lb) on the smoker since 14:20 at a fairly constant 225, it's now been on for 7 hours and still at 153 and not moving, it seems to have stalled since 146 and risen slowly, 2 hours plus.

I agree, i have one that has been sat at 149 for about half an hour. Once it starts rising again it should move upwards quite steadily.
