    In Phoenix, we call these Driving Gloves... http://www.allsafetyproducts.biz/sit...%20RAD64057009 I've seen some teams wearing these during pulling. Just the thin Latex or vinyl gloves helps, these rubber coated gloves really keep the working surfaces of your hands away from heat. Dave

    I just put mine on a hoagie roll. Slicing is for wimps. Get that cholesterol up into 4 digits. burp. It's payday. Perhaps I need to buy a half pallet of RO and several LBs of sausage/fixins... oh, yeah, and some hoagie rolls...

    I eat mistakes. Well, as long as creosote isn't involved. I haven't liked that yet! Those do look yummy. I under cooked mine a bit--kinda like the AZ offense!--but after about 45 mins foiled in a 250* toaster oven at work, they pulled back and were yummy! And it was a pretty good day for red...

    Yup. Wire brushed an hosed 'er out Sat., used up last of Kingsford leftover from old Weber Kettle (Why'd I let it go??) smokin' a pork loin. I've posted it several places, including azbarbeque & azbbqa, but here it is again. I work 4 day weeks, so I've got 3 day weekends to use smoking!!
