    Watch the sugar content of the apple juice as well, if it has added sugar that can burn as well, and remember that 3,2,1 is a guideline and all meat should be cooked individually, if you have some lean ribs they will cook faster, etc.... Make sure you use good brown sugar, I've had the cheap...
