Bought the 560 - already assembled. Was looking to do a seasoning/first time use. I filled the hopper, pulled the slides, lit my firestarter, let burn for 3-4 minutes. Turned the grill on, set to 250 and nothing. The temp went all the way up to 133 degrees without the fan ever coming on...
I just purchased the MBGS 560 from HD. It was on clearance for $350. It is last years' model though. So my first question is, what is the most crucial mod for the previous years' model? From just looking at the 2 models, the main difference is the manifold looks slanted on the newer models...
