Cajun, some years ago I worked on web printing presses. We used to foil wrap our whole corn, meats,ect. and put them inside the press ovens to cook worked quite nice actually.

I buy all of my meat from a butcher. I won't buy from a supermarket cause most of their meat is select and it's crap :roll: But now i'm thinkin'.......and I'm P.O.'d :evil: I think I need to look into this a little deeper. The meat I get is great, but I can't believe it's that much more...

I've never done a picnic, cause I've had such great results with the butt and really enjoy that cut.Some other guys I'm sure will chime in and give ya a better recap, but IMO nothing is better ( so far) than a butt for me

I did a butt yesterday and foiled @ 165 and smoked to 195 and then wrapped in towels and put in in a cooler for 1hr.
Last time I did not cooler it and it was excellent. This time was even better! Twice as much juice in the foil :D I then put SouthflaQuers finishing sauce in an d it was...
