In a lot of the equipment I rebuild a lot of the time the unit is 3 phase. BUTT when U get into it the parts are actually single phase or a combination of the two. It is just simpler to build it useing 3 phase and just junction off inside the unit to get the current U want. 240 3 phase is ...- hemi

By the way, my name is Stan also.. What I really have in mind is to use JUST the grill and close all the flues and passages in the verticle and horizonal smoker . Leave the grill closed tight when the smoker is going. My FB is 16x16x16 and 3/8 thick so it is big enough but I thought that...- hemi
