Very Nice... I havent smoked ribs for a few months ugh!!!!!!! I feel like i keep meaning to do some, but i never get a chance to... i am always messing with other items... I have been saying for the past few weeks that i am going to do them, but they get away from me... Although in another month...
I am not smoking this weekend (well probably not), but i have two gallon bags of Pulled Pork in the freezer...
I am gonna make some Pulled Pork Bread... the same way you'd make Pepperoni Bread... two loafs...
Also hope to make a big Sunday dinner (thinking fried chicken & fixings)....
i would NOT boil the bacon... i never have with my ABTs (or anything) and i still get the great fresh pepper flavor... if your that worried with the bacon overpowering cut the bacon slice down smaller and drape it over the top rather than wrap it... i suggest you wrap some though so you can...
Agreed with the above... if you dont already go grab yourself a meat Thermometer... you cant rely on time in case of a stall... Better safe than sorry... like RBRANSTNER said you can do it early and keep it wrapped in foil & a towel in a cooler for a few hours...
