My neighbor just got a new job. He works in some mill shop that custom builds Oak, Cherry and Hickory wood doors. He said he would collect all the wood chips for me for my smokers!!!!!!!
very good stuff!!! nice sweet flavor with a real kick in the teeth!!! goes great on an english muffin!!!! The stuff I had ....had jolokia powder added to it ...That Jolokia pepper looks like CANDY!!!!!! I gotta try that brand!!!!
I still have about 5 pounds of the Ghost Peppers in the freezer and about 1.5 - 2 pounds dried... I make hot sauce, salsa useing them as well as Competition Winning Chili with them...all sorts of uses!!!!
I started out helping my dad smoke meat when I was around 10 or 11 (about the same time I started hunting....jerky) and I am 37 now so that makes it....wow now this makes me feel old........I have been smoking meat for 27 years..................
now it's 162.2 years total!!!
I usually make "beef" sticks or snack sticks out of squirrel. I'm the only one in my family that eats wild game so I make things I like ....lol any way I grind, season, stuff and smoke em into snack sticks. As for chipmunks....not enough meat for me.

Just saw pork shoulders at Super Kmart $1.00 a pound when you buy 10 or more pounds!! Going there tomorrow to get mine at a buck a pound it's worth it! I go to the super K in Medina Ohio
