Got a few ABT's Ready to put on later have them stuffed with cream cheese that has bbq spice and garlic powder mixed in it and a little smokie stuffed in the middle,wrapped with half piece of bacon.
Doing 2 stuffed pork tenderloins for the game today.
First one is dusted on the inside with Spike and crushed Rosemary and stuffed with cooked apples and raisins,second one is dusted inside with Cains BBQ spice and stuffed with pepperjack cheese and baby spinach.

I was at a cookout once and they used a wok that was a Disc from a old farming Disc that farmers used to Disc there fields with.It worked amazingly well,I have been on the look out for one ever since but haven't found one yet.
A friend of mine is a welder and made this stick burner for me.Made it big enough to smoke whole hogs,going to do the first one on this smoker this summer.
I like the Hickory wood.
I smoked my first Fattie Yesterday I put in scrambled eggs with green peppers and onion and shredded cheese It soooooooooo tasty was ate up before the ribs.next time I will do no less than 2 Fatties at a time.
I stumbled across this great forum about a week ago and couldn't wait to try a fatty so I did one with a slab of ribs on my small BBQ Grillware Grill.
