Eye of Round..Sammie meat for a few days

That might just be the much cheaper option than a slicer Iv been looking for. I did a pastrami and just used a regular knife but I felt it came out to thick.

Tossed on the grill and triple basted with sauce to order till the marrow on the bone bubbles or they look done. Not...

    Where to start?

I'm new t brewing as well and I started with a kit from my LHBS. Total start up without bottles was around $130.00 and that included the beer kit as well. Kits are a great place to start in my opinion and unless you have the money and time to invest in all grain brewing you really cant go wrong...

    Sept Throwdown Coming soon.

Im good with that. I think a full meal wouldn't be a bad idea for this sized prize. Maybe one meat and one or two sides. Meat are deemed by the throwdown gods and then sides are up to us.

Fianl gravity was 1.008. Ended up with a abv of 6.04%. I have to say it taste nothing like new castle. Closer to a wells bombardier. Not that Im complaining as I prefer wells. Pics will come when I get my camera back from the wife who stole it for her trip.
