    Direct Heat St. Louis Ribs???

    Ok, having some family over tomorrow. Going to do live fire cook on Tri-Tip and chicken Grabbed 3 racks of St. Louis ribs to try with a direct cook. Never cooked ribs like this, never even had them cooked like this. So any tips for those that do them like that?

    New Scottsdale Cooker

    Got a Scottsdale cooker about two weeks ago, put several cooks on it. Today had family over, about 13 of us. Seasoned, up and grilled, Filet Mignons, and corn with Oak wood. Had fresh sour dough, and salad with it. Really loving this New Santa Maria style cooker.
