    I smoked about 4lbs of nuts in that pic. Im sick right now with the flu. But as soon as im well I got another 4lbs to do. This flu is so bad.....been sick for week so far

    I did some canned nuts and they turn out good, I sealed them in a bag and let them sit around for two week. They were good and spicy. Gave them away at xmas and everyone like them. Peanuts were in the mixed nuts.
