I made my first Fatty yesterday..just a plain maple flav one....It didnt last long enough for me to find the sd card for the camera...lol

You mean rubbing the meat with yellow mustard prior to adding your dry rub?
Thats what alot of guys do...but I don't know anything else about a " mustard rub"
I do have trouble keeping good tbs going with it however....do you guys soak your chips? What method do you find works the best for you with this smoker?
I just picked up a 3lb Corn Beef brisket from the store..I want to try to smoke it..I have no clue how to go about this.
I have it soaking in water now..thats as far as I have gotten.
Any help would be great, as far as what I need to do next...how long to soak it in water..what type of rub...
