    Rear mount Side box?

Those extensions that go up above the doors, ... are they magnetic door holder openers?   edit: well I see from your next picture that they are mounted on the doors. Maybe a counter weight?

My Little Tomato Garden A Photographic Journey

Where's the hot peppers? Like Smokin' Al said, our tomato season is winding down here in SW Florida. I still have several Cherokee Purple plants in containers producing but the heat is taking it's toll. The rainy season just won't kick in to break the heat. As for using beer, I pour beer on my...

    Pecan shells

They should work fine. I think any nut shell is good for smoking and pecan perhaps the best. I use peanut shells regularly for my fish and chicken and I think the shells hold some nut oils that really add some wonderful flavor. I always keep some handy when smoking beef or pork roasts too...

    My First Brisket...wish me luck!

I haven't smoked one of those yet. From all the reading I have done I figure I should smoke a bunch of other stuff first. Well I have smoked a lot of other stuff and went to buy a brisky last Sunday at Cosco. The price stopped me in my tracks and I came away with the round tip roast instead. I...
