Where the heck does one get grape leaves ? Where I live, in hobby farm country, every other neighbor has grape vines. I didn't plant one since neighbor had one growing on our common fence. Beef ribs, it's [gonna] be a good thing
Well, the ribs were not that great. No fault of smoking or spice rub but it was the minimal amount of meat from grocery store ribs. In the future, I'll buy from a butcher that can carve out what I want of just buy a full rib roast and carve it the way I like. Results after smoking 3-2-1... -
