I agree. This is one of the reasons I got rid of my MES and bought a Traeger.
It looks delicious. You can also put the chicken in a foil pan so they don't drip on anything else. (learned this after I bought the Traeger and sold the MES)

OMG
I do 1/2 pound blocks. More surface area means more smokey taste from my experience.
But this reminds me of people at a buffet line that fill their plate so full that it's like they lose track that they can go back again and get more.
I ordered the Classic Accessories Hickory Pellet Grill Cover in medium from that company online that begins with an A which appears to be much nicer. Someone recommended it and its only $20.
Now that's a smokin deal
