    Gadsden,   Yes ABT's are bacon wrapped jalapenos ....  ABT stands for  Atomic Buffalo Turd ( don't ask me why i didn't name it )   Always called them stuffed jalapenos  or Bacon wrapped jalapenos myself ... even have heard them refered to as Rat Tails.  if you leave them whole core them stuff...

    Hi there and welcome. Don't let smoking for yourself deter you.   Toss whatever you can in there to make stuff for later. couple extra chickens then shred up left overs for smoke chicken salad or chicken taco's   I can make a million things with leftover pulled pork.  smoke your veggies...

    Pretty good Red.   I just needed to marinate longer ... but i was pressed for time .. my fiancee said I needed to make again I will marinate them overnight next time really get that lime into the meat.

    These are what I use when I buy chips.   Apple chips at w-mart Usually find them at Menards on sale actually right now for $2.50 a bag  and my Local WM normally has them at the 2.99 - 3.50 range.

    I make most of my own Rub's and Sauces ... BUT Anything from Penzeys is Top Notch.   for Grilling these are all excellent.     Northwood's and Northwoods fire are awesome on fish and veggies.  My cupboards are full of their products.
