That roast looks great, but it's those dinner rolls that I can't stop looking at. Having to be mostly gluten-free seems to make me zero in on such, and yours look out of this world.
Looks great to me. Me and my BC are waiting for winter to make up its mind, one day sunny, next day 22 degrees, freezing fog, ice and/or snow, you get the picture. Just can't seem to talk myself into going out in those temps and drag BC out in it.
@chopsaw Chop, it's a good thing I live across the country from you, otherwise you'd find me on your doorstep long about dinnertime 2-3 times a week. I hope I can figure out how to "butcher" some of these primal behemoths as well as you do. Chef Store seems to have a good assortment to try out.
