    I tried a new fatty this weekend from a recipe I found on the forum.  Stuffed with scrambled eggs, hash browns and peppers straight from the skillet.  they were great, we put a slice on a fresh biscuit and had a great smoked breakfast.  Good luck! Post the fatty qview if you get time!

    Looks great, especially the peppers!  My experience when stuffing them is that you either get the heat, or you dont.  Sometimes it will even be different from one pepper to the next.  That looked great though! MMMMMM.
